Members present at the nominating committee were:
Matt Schlichting, Bryan “Heath” Covey, Darrell Kentner, Bill Lisle, Larry Robertson, William “Willie” Splitter, Carl Stump, Lon Frieden, and Jerry Thieman. Attorney Shawn Battagler, CEO Bobbi Jeffries, and Executive Assistant Shawna Phipps were also present.
Bill Lisle was elected chairperson of the committee and Jerry Thieman was elected secretary of the committee.
The committee drew numbers and Chairman Lisle called for nominations in order from the committee.
Motion was made by William Splitter and seconded by Matt Schlichting and passed that the nominations cease after the eight (8) members nominated had been chosen.
Upon verification, all of the nominees were determined to have an active membership. On motion made by William Splitter and seconded by Lon Frieden the committee nominated the following list of names in conformity with the provisions of the bylaws of the Cooperative:

Joe Meadows
Kenneth Owen
Gary Smith
Victor Higginbotham
Lyndell “Pete” Hurt
Kirk Campbell
Douglas Haile
Motion was made by Darrell Kentner and seconded by Jerry Thieman and carried to adjourn.
